The “IZANAS”, an ultra-strong polyethylene fiber from the global brand TOYOBO, is used as the raw thread. Each yarn is braided using a micro-pitch braided process and then applied special heat treatment to make each yarn adhere to each other. As a result, the roundness is improved and giving it a firmness and resiliency that could not be achieved with conventional products, and the abrasion resistance, which was a weak point, is greatly improved.
